Hybrid Bluegrass Seeding
After years of maintaining warm season lawns that go dormant in winter months, and cool season lawns that struggle in Georgia's summer heat, I decided to explore a more resilient option:

SPF-30 Kentucky/Texas Bluegrass Hybrid.
With better drought tolerance than other cool-season grasses, this grass type can withstand the summer months.

Additionally, this innovative grass possesses the unique ability of rhizomes, typically found in warm season grasses such as Bermuda or Zoysia, allowing it to grow laterally and fill in entire yards!

Truly the best of both worlds, this grass type offers a more sustainable solution for maintaining a vibrant lawn year-round.
